I found three small, round, completely unmarked white pills hidden in my house. They are the same size as Claritin tablets, but the sides/edges are a bit more rounded.

I spoke to my pharmacist, and he recommended that I check the internet. (He said it might be a generic vitamin, but I don't think those would need to be hidden the way these pills were.)

Can anyone help?

There are thousands of different round white unmarked pills, nothing distinguishes one from another, therefore it's impossible to ID.
