I think it is a percocet 15? But when i try to look this up i find nothing. Perhaps it is oxycodone? I am not sure... Does anyone else have any experience with a pill like this? It is extremely small, shaped like a fairly flat cylinder. One side has an M inside of a box. The other side has a line across the middle and a 15 on top of the line.

Ok i looked it up and found out what it is.

Heres the ID number for it: NDC 0406-8515-01

It is Oxycodone 15 Mg.

Search google for that ID number for more info, it will take you directly to the PDF of the full insert (all information for the pill).

Just to provide you with some more information:

This pill is manufacturer by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. It has been identified many times, if you had used the search feature on here, you would have found it easily.

The M either by itself or in a box is their company logo.

Actually you are making assumptions because i used the search command for an hour before looking it up on google.

Really? Funny, because I used the search feature, I typed M square 15, adjusted the search to the pill ID forum and came up with a whole list, a few weren't relevant, but several were, here's the links to those past posts:

Took me just a few seconds to get those results, I am on a cable modem, so I guess it would take a couple minutes on dial-up.



Getting relevant results from your search is all a matter of how you search. It is possible to use too much information, for instance, when it comes to pills, colors are sometimes subjective, what you consider blue, someone else might consider teal, what you consider white, they might consider off-white and etc.

If you use the basic imprint, then it is easier to get accurate results faster.

There are also many links and websites posted on here that people use for pill IDs, you could always use one of those to find an ID and it would be much faster and more accurate than google.
