Unhappy small, round, light yellow beveled edge pill with 7.5 imprint on one side

and nothing else on the other side. No scoring.

Thinking it could be some form of antibiotics (pennicillan based?) or possibly a pain med (though I have looked online at those and none seem to match). The only meds we have come in contact with are antibiotics (colds, ENT infections, tooth pain, etc.), pain meds (oxy, percocet, darvocet, lortab, vicodin, hydrocodone, etc.), antidepressants (lexapro and zoloft), as well as Halcion and Mobic. (We usually get generics if available).

Found 7 of these pills in one of my old Adderrall bottles, but can't figure out what it is!

Any help would be greatly appreciated! (Spent all morning online looking, but to no avail!)

    Thank you, in advance!!

    Warmly,
    Michele

    The pill might be:

    Meloxicam 7.5 mg - Lupin
    Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory
Described as yellow circle imprinted 7.5
