Default Small round Blue Pill L490

We found some small round powder blue pills with L490 printed on one side. There is no Manufactur on the other side. Our Pharmisist does not know what it is and said it is a genric since the manufacture is not printed. Doe anyone know what this is? Thanks

This pill is Naproxen Sodium 220mg (generic for Aleve), an over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drug.
Imprint L490, blue, round.
