I dont know what happened to my original post but I thought others might be interested in this. I posted the same pill id question on another forum and finally found out. It is a 10mg Diazepam. Been out only 2 weeks which is why there was no info on it. Someone contacted Qualitest and that is what they were told.

The pill is small, round and blue. One side has a cursive V on it (Vintage\Qualitest logo) and the other side is scored with a small 2684 printed on one side of the score. Just posted this in case anyone ran into the same pill and had the same question about it. There really is no info on the web about it yet.
