The pill you have is Morphine Sulfate CR 15 mg
Generic Name Morphine Sulfate Tab SR 12HR 15 mg
but it is a generic product (generic for MS Contin) manufactured by ENDO PHARMACEUTICALS
Imprint 1: 15
Imprint 2: E652
Color: blue
Shape: round
