Default Small pinkish round pill 563 on one side

I have found these pills which were in an unmarked bottle in my medicine cabinet and for the life of me, I cannot remember what it was for or even if it is a prescription.

As the subject suggests, they are small pinkish round pills with the numbers 563 on one side and text on the other that looks like pliva or pliv4 to me on the other. I tried looking it up on the internet, but had no luck.

    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks!
