Default small blue pill

I need help, I found a small blue pill, it is round appox 1/8" in dia. with the numbers 215 on one side and W-O or O-M on the other side. can anyone tell me what it is? Thanks

The pill you have here is one of the three types of active oral contraceptive pills contained in an Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo package.

The package contains three types of active pills:
The white tablets are unscored, with "O-M" and "180" debossed on each side; the light blue tablets are unscored with "O-M" and "215" debossed on each side; the dark blue tablets are unscored with "O-M" and "250" debossed on each side.

Each of the 7 light blue tablets contains 0.215 mg of the progestational compound, norgestimate, together with 0.025 mg of the estrogenic compound, ethinyl estradiol.
