i found a few of these in a small bag laying on the sidewalk on the way to the corner store. they have a score on one side, and 542 on the other.
any help would be appreciated.

Green oval scored tab imprinted 542 might be 1 mg Rohypnol® prescribed in some parts of the world but illegal in the US.
