Default Seroquil???????

[8D]Has anyone ever heard of this medicine? I would like to know a little about it. My doctor gave me some to try, she says..."for anxiety", but it throws me for a loop, almost like a tranqualizer and i go straight to sleep...does anyone else take it? I will look it up on the net too, when I finish this note...THanks!

The greatest wealth of information is the pharmaceutical sheetlet that comes in the pharmacists bottle, they will be happy to give it to you, even if you received a trial dose from the doctor they should be able to provide it to you, I find it a fascinating read, but you better own a magnifying glass.
Here is some info for you, google for more

hyper, I replied to your question in the other thread. in my opinion, seroquell is the drug of the quarter for docs due to the high number of drug reps pushing it. i work at a clinic and have seen it first hand. they tout it as the treatment for everything from anxiety to schizophrenia to bipolar to insomnia. And it sure is! and i think you have already figgured out why. it straight out knocks you out either physically or mentally. its hard to keep up with delusions when you cant remember what you were thinking 30 seconds ago and its really hard to be anxious when you are out cold. anyway, maybe i am a bit jaded on the whole head-med thing. the precedeing are my views only and should be viewed as an opinion and not medical fact or advice.
