Default #'s 3601, and a v on the other, O-M 650

I have a bright yellow oval samll tall sides, line down 1 side splittin the #'s 3601, and a v on the other side. Anyone know what it is? Told it was a 12mg lortab but never heard of that before.
also have peach oval pill with 650 on 1 side and a O-M on other side. Any clue?

V 3601 is Acetaminophen 325 mg, Hydrocodone Bitartrate 10 mg
Generic Norco 10 made by Vintage/qualitest
a schedule III controlled substance.
You are correct, there are no 12mg hydro/apap combos availiable in the US, unless of course it is made special by a compounding pharmacy.

O-M 650 is Ultracet
325mg apap; 37.5mg Tramadol)
made by Ortho-MacNeil
Tramadol is a pseudo-opioid anelgesic w/ mild SSRI action. It is an unscheduled, perscription-only "narcotic" (although most people find it to be a weak painkiller)
