Default Round Yellow Pill K140
Found a small round yellow pill with K140 embosed
on one side. Other side has 1/2 pill score groove.

Any one know the drug name or composition?

Regarding the yellow pill marked K140 that is 4mg of CHLORPHENIRAMINE which is an over the counter antihistamine.
