Default round,white,squibb 609,star on reverse

A round, white,pill with sqibb 609 on one side,star e generic
on the other. I belive either monopril or lipitor might be
generic

are you sure that it was sqibb 609 and not sqibb 690. If with was sqibb 690 it is most likely Teslac 50 mg tablet. It is a medication used to block the hormone estrogen. Hope this helps

The pill is FOSINOPRIL SODIUM 20 MG, an ACE inhibitor that helps control high blood pressure.

It is generic Monopril.
