Default round white scored in 4ths top left "z", top right "c", bottom left "0"

top left "z", top right "c", bottom left "0", bottom right "2"

Found this pill. Back has nothing on it

Thank you! I thought it was phenergan/promethazine...but all the others in the bottle were only scored in half...probably just a different generic manufacturer. I just had surgery and wanted to make sure before I took it for nausea since I am on pain meds for the surgery as well. Again THANK YOU!
