Default Round white pill with score on one side..
Please help! Round white pill with scoring on one side. On other side, there is a K with an arrow coming out of the top followed by a 0. (maybe it's an O instead of 0, but pretty sure its a 0) Any information would be greatly appreciated as I have searched and searched on the internet! Thank you.

K 10 is 500 mg acetaminophen (generic extra-strength Tylenol).
