Default Round white pill - inscription L430, what is it?

Please help me identify a large round white pill I found in my daughter's pocket. The inscription on the pill is L430. She said the school nurse gave it to her for a headach, but our school does not hand out medication...

She has an OTC generic/store brand for:

ACETAMINOPHEN; ASPIRIN, ASA; CAFFEINE (Excedrin(R) Extra Strength, Excedrin(R) Migraine) is a combination product used to relieve mild to moderate pain caused by arthritis, colds, headache (including migraine), muscle aches, menstrual discomfort, sinusitis, and toothache.
