Default round, white, pill, 771 on one side, blank on back

I found these pills and thought they were tylonol 3 but they do not match the discription on my pill bottle....they are white, round and have the # 771 on one side and blank on the other. I tried to look it up but everything I could find had some other markings on it in addition to the 771. Please help, I could use some tylenol if that is what they are but I don't want to take them if there something else!
thanxs for the help
