Default Round White Pile "F/L" on one side

Hoping to get help in identifying a round, white pill with "F/L" on one side and "10" on the other. I'm pre-supposing that the numeric value is the dosage, but have no clue otherwise as to what this may be. Any help provided will be greatly appreciated! Thx.
