Please help me find what these pills are?! I was told they are prednisone, but I can not find anything to back that up. Thanks.

Are you sure it's not marked PA 308?

If so then it's Hydroxyzine Hydrochloride Tablets 25mg

HYDROXYZINE (Vistaril®) is an antihistamine. This drug relieves itching and allergic skin reactions; may relieve emotional conditions that result in anxiety and tension; reduces nausea and vomiting; helps make you sleep before surgery or at bedtime, and may help with pain relief after surgery.
