Question Round white imprint G / L 10

I found a tiny white pill that I can't identify (or understand its presence in my family room). I have looked on multiple drug identification sites and have found some that match one or the other side, but not both. One side is a capital G, the other is capital L over 10. If anyone can tell me what this is I will be extremely grateful. Thank you.
