a so-called "friend" gave me a pill for a headache not too long ago, and i think it was for more than just a headache... it had the name on it, but i don't remember what it was... it started w/ an "S" and i think it started w/ set, but i'm not sure... well anyway... about 2 hours after i took it, i went to stand up, and i blacked out, fell over, cracked my face off of the floor, and knocked myself out cold... i was wondering what it was that i took if anyone can help
