Default Round tablet, small, scored, RX over 773

I have found a 'stash' of pills, hoping to identify them:

1. Small round white tablet, scored in center, RX above the line, 773 below. Blank on other side.

2. Small round white tablet, M on one side, 4 on the other

3. Small round blue-grey tablet, 100 on one side, M in a square box on the other.

4. Square white tablet, A on one side, blank on the other.

5. Larger round greenish-white tablet, 5161 on one side, blank on the other

6. Oval white tablet, 09 on one side, and what looks like an E or a backwards number 3 on the other.

Can anyone help?

Thank you!

RX 773 is 1mg Lorazepam (Ativan) is a benzodiazepine. Benzodiazepines belong to a group of medicines that slow down the central nervous system.

M 4 (M is not boxed) is 4mg Dilaudid, a heavy duty narcotic pain med.
if the M is boxed it's something else.

Boxed M 100 is 100mg Morphine Sulfate Controlled-Release Tablet (MS Contin)

Square A - I don't think is a pill but an Altoid mint

5161 is (generic Vicoprofen) Hydrocodone/Ibuprofen 200/7.5mg

E 09 - I'm still looking

While laughingly enjoying what was indeed, an Altoid mint, I'll elaborate:

The '09' on the back of the oval pill with the E on the other side could, indeed, also be a '60'. The E is odd - and indeed when turned upside down, could almost be a '3' with the upper stem unusually long toward the left.

Curious. My suspicion is that this particular stash was a collection of things used to 'come down' from ecstasy, as there were also known E tablets in the same container. If that's true, do any of the things you identify above have a dangerous reaction with Ecstatsy when used in this capacity?

(I know many people who use Ativan, Valium, Xanax and the like to 'come down' from E, but haven't heard of the use of Morphine or Dilaudid) - would love your input. The white pills M was NOT boxed, the blue pills M WAS boxed).

Thanks for your input.

ginnymac,

you state 733, my pills were 773, which have been identified, as noted above. please check the number on yours again to make sure before you take them to be Ativan.
