Default round spotty yellow BL 170
I just found another one in his pocket I almost missed. It is a little tattered. It is very small and round. Multiple yellows. One side has BL the other is 170. Any help on this one too is greatly appreciated.

It is possibly an Amoxicillin Trihydrate 50mg tablet

My database shows it as a white round tablet, imprint BL 170
