round red/yellow l187 with odd V around numbers

its a round pill with on half yellow and other half red, the numbers l187 is around a odd looking V thats more like a square root symbol

I, too, have the same question-can anyone help? half red, half yellow. on the red side, L 187 imprinted with a parallelogram, that is open by the 7, surrounding the L187. There is also a small segment pointing down and away from the parallelogram on the side with the 7 so that it also looks like the bottom of L 187 has an upside down square root around it and the top part has half a parallelogram around it.
