round red pill with L227 imprint

found it in my couch cushions.
like i said it has L227 across the middle.
i scratched some of the red coating off and its white underneath. the red also tastes like candy


any help would be cool

That's because it's sugar coated, L227 is Acetaminophen EZ Tab 500mg.
