Round purple tablet without any kind of identifying mark on it. Coated. Purchased in Mexico, sign below the bottles was labeled as "Imitrex", the bottle itself was labeled "Nograine". Obviously Imitrex is not purple or round at all.

Sorry, there's no way to ID a pill without an imprint. All Rx and OTC drugs in the US are required by the FDA to have an imprint, otherwise it could be a vitamin, herbal, energy, diet, foreign or illicit.
