Round, pink, scored pill?????

I found a medium sized, round, pink pill that is scored(line down the middle) in my home and am desperately trying to figure out what this is. Please help if able.

Nothing on the pill besides the score.

Unfortunately without anything on it other than a score, I can't help id this one. If it were a US prescription med, it would have other markings. It could be anything from an OTC to a foreign pill. Sorry.
