    Default round, peach pill with P 75 imprint

    About the size of an aspirin tablet, light pinkish-tan, dull finish.
    Capital P over 75. Blank on reverse side, no scoring.

    Any idea?

    P 75 is ranitidine 75 mg, an OTC acid reducer.
