can anyone identify this for me?

Are you sure it doesn't say "1037"? All other characteristics match the one I found except it does not say 1077 but 1037. Please check your imprint again. If it is 1037 then it is generic Lisinopril 25mg with hydrochlorothiazide 20mg. This is used to lower high blood pressure and to expel extra water from the body. Side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, tickling cough, among others.

I am a licensed pharmacist who has not practiced for more than a year now, so my identification skills may be rusty. Also, I make mistakes too!
