Default Round peach/orange pill with L

It has a L on one side and nothing on the other, it's a small round orangish/peachish pill, I'd like to know what it is...Thanks

I believe it to be 5mg Lisinopril
I couldn't find an image, but that's what my database says it is.
LISINOPRIL (Prinivil(R), Zestril(R)) is an antihypertensive (blood pressure lowering agent) known as an ACE inhibitor. Lisinopril controls high blood pressure (hypertension) by relaxing blood vessels

Or it could be 81 mg aspirin.

I have some that are round and yellow and imprinted with L in black ink. Often some companies use the same imprint on different colored pills, and aspirin 81 mg is readily available in both yellow and peach.

So please tell us more about the imprint. Is it stamped in black or is it engraved into the pill? Thanks.

It's stamped in black, and it's not quite peach more of an orangish color, it looks to have a coating on the outside because it's shiny...and the other side is un-scored and blank, thanks
