I found the same pill in my customers car...and was curious about it too. I couldn't find anything on the internet about this stupid little pill! I called the poison contol in my area(because I wasn't about to ask my customer) and they identified it as a prescription strength generic Tagament(sp?)some antihistimine, allergy fixerupper thingamabob...not really too harmful, but whoever left those for you had some BAD allergies!

It's wasn't Tagamet as that is for heartburn.

Antihistamine would be like Allegra, Clarinex, Claritin or Benadryl.

I might not always be right, but I'm never wrong.

Actually Tagamet IS an antihistamine. Just a different type, most drugs for heartburn, acid indigestion, and ulcers are antihistamines.

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
