Default Round Orange Pill with Pliva and 563

Hi everyone. I had some friends over this weekend and the next day I found a pill on the floor. I am curious as to know what it is and can't locate it in the pill identifier.
It's a round orangish-brown tablet with pliva on one side and 563 on the other.

Thanks for your help.I appreciate it.
