Default Round M 234/Oval 4435 two triangles - metformin?

I have white Round tablet with M on one side, 234 on other. Another is white Oval with 500 on one side and two small facing triangles followed by number 4435 on the other side. Are these both Metformin? Please help - have had pharmacy mistakes before...Thank you.[?]

Yes - both M 234 and Ivax logo 4435 are 500 mg metformin.
