Default round light blue C42 LL tablet

I found these pills and am curious what they are. The C is at the top of the pill and the 42 is below that and on the other side there is a fancily written LL. Any help would be great.

Generic Name: CLONIDINE HCL 0.1MG

and is equivalant to CATAPRES
