Nope the pill I saw in an unsettling picture online is round, vivid light green with the number 420 imprinted on it.
I checked all pictures showing green pills and couldn't find anything similar.

I have no idea but I suspect it's foreign. I had a bad feeling when I saw this pill and wasn't sure if I should report it or not. I'll post at the website. Thanks for your help.
