round blue pill with "west-word 787"

its a round blue pill that says "west-word 787" it has no line across it. what is it? what is it used for?

my friend has the same kind of pills and she doesnt know what they are either..when i looked it up, the only thing i found with the words west word on them, were folic acid, and some cochline..not sure what that is..if you find out different, lemme know please..thanx
