    Default round blue pill P542

    I found a round pale blue pill carrying the insignia P542 on one side inside a pill bottle I know to be an old bottle of Skelaxin. Can anyone tell me what it is?

    P 542 is 220 mg naproxen sodium, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication.
