    Found small round blue pill marked 44/382. Can anyone help identify?

    Round blue tablet imprinted 44 382 is Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg and Pseudoephedrine Sulfate 60 mg. It's generic CHLOR-TRIMETON D.
