round blue pill cross preforation the number 3 on top left and 5 on bottom right

my aunt says its a new diet pill

its the same size as a valium light blue

can be broken into 4 pieces cross preforated

one side has cross score with "3" on the top left and "5" on the bottom right

other side has no scoring smooth surface with a crescent moon shape imprinted on the pill

any ideas?

I had never seen this pill before yesterday but I was assured by a pharmacy that it is phendimetrazine.
