I have 18 capsules (the solid kind) that I found in a bottle of womens multivitamins I had in the cupboard. I cannot for the life of me remember what they are for. They are solid gray capsules with one end having a yellow cap and the other end having a red cap. One end has 'L' printed on it and the other end has a '9' printed on it.

Any ideas?
