Red & Yellow Capsule (gel), Novo 500 (Canada)

I was given a couple pills for some acute pain by a friend who claims these are percocet, but I have my doubts. I've had scripts for percocet (oxycocet to be exact) and these look nothing like what I've taken before.
They're red and yellow with "Novo" on the red section and "500" on the yellow. They are a gelatin capsule, I think (the kind that you could pull apart to find powder inside).
