Default red, white & blue capsule L on blue, 5 on red

Please help identify this if possible. The center of the capsule is greyish-white and smaller proportion then the other 2 colors. The capsule is flattened on 2 sides.
I don't know if it is a prescription drug or OTC.

Thanks for any help.
