Smile Red to orange pill 241 with british like 3 on top

I found this pill it is red to orange , about 3 mm across round and Has E written on top of 241, this is Canadian. Nothing on the other side

The E looks like Euro E or pounds or something that I have seen from England.II haave an idea of what it could possibly be but don't want to skew results.

Thanks in advance for any help.

EDIT if a mod or admin could please edit my title to reflect my post I meant to Put E instead of threee, when I was posting I was thinking how the E looks like a backwards 3 and I guess my brainwaves mixed or something and I put that down. THANKS again any help is greatly appreciated!!

E 241 is Pariet (rabeprazole 10 mg), a drug that helps prevent acid production in the stomach.
