Default Red capsule, ETHEX on one end, 027 on the other

Please id this pill: small red capsule with writing spelling out ETHEX but both of the "E" 's look similar to Greek writing. The smaller end of the capsule has 027. Found this with a Clindamyacin pill.

Ethex 027 is Meperidine/Promethazine 50/25mg, meperidine is the generic name for Demerol, promethazine is an anti-nausea med.
