pliva 441 breaks into 3 triangles

My grandfathers caregiver left these pills behind. Each triangle has 50 imprinted on it. Anybody have any idea what they could be?

The issue with this medication is that it is an antidepressant called Trazidone. The dosages can be modified hence the 50,50,50 = 150 millis. I hope that helps you out!
