I'm trying to identify a round white tablet with a fancy v on one side and the number 2355 on the other

This is BUTALBITAL 50 ACETAMINOPHEN 325 CAFF 40MG

or generic Fioricet.

Common uses:

1) AS A SEDATIVE OR TO PRODUCE SLEEP.

2) TO RELIEVE MILD TO MODERATE PAIN.

3) TO RELIEVE FEVER.

4) TO TREAT HEADACHES INCLUDING MIGRAINES

I have this medicine for my frequent migranes, it's also referred to as 'Butabital' and possibly a few street names. It can give you a high, appearantly, says my mother who is in medical school, but only on some people.

could it possibly be prednisone? I recall seeing a pill like that here recently -- I did take a short course of prednisone for arthritis and I think that's what it looked like
