Please identify - small Yellow round pill, C on the top with DB on the bottom

Was just given these yellow pills on night out by some drunk idiot of my mate, I used to be raver but I know when to stop these days. The pills are yellow with a capital C above a break line and under the breakline the letters capital CB and nothing on the other side of the pill. I think these are the fake diazepam from the Far East but could someone confirm this please? I have taken lots of stuff in the past ten years, but the recent stuff is more ******************** than quality. I am not trying to condone but simply trying to impart my experience in this subject so dont get on your high horses anybody :->
