white and blue capsule with 44-398 i found these in my sons room, broke one open and found just a solid white pill inside i need to know what this is. thanks

I didn't find a 44-498. However, since it starts with 44, this is a manufacturers code. LNK Internat'l only produces OTC products, mainly pain relievers and cold and sinus pills.
