Default Pill ID

It appears to be a MOBIGESIC TABLET:
This medicine is a white, round, scored tablet imprinted with "225 356" and "logo".Its uses are listed as: This combination medication is used to reduce pain, swelling, and joint stiffness from conditions such as arthritis. Magnesium salicylate is known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Phenyltoloxamine is known as an antihistamine. Hope this helps.
