Default Please help! Id - small white round rx526 imprint

Hey - I am brand new to the forum, but I really don't know what else to do. I found this bottle of pills in someone's bedroom with no label. I am very concerned about what they are - could someone please respond if you know what they are? I don't want to say anything if they are harmless....

They are very small, white round pills with the imprint RX 526 on one side, the other side is blank.

Thanks for any help.
